Hello, I’m super excited to be a part of this forum. Thank you for accepting me. And I need help..
My formula for eye cream is:

    Water 77.6%
    Caffeine 0.3 %
    Glycerin 1 %
    Sodium citrate 1.5%
    citric acid 0.2%
    Olivem 1000 4%
    Jojoba oil 5%
    Rose wax 0.5%
    Vit E 0.1 %
    Cetyl alcohol 1.5%
Green Tea Extract in Propanediol 2%
    Oat amino acid 2%
    panthenol 2%
1%hyaluronic acid HMW Purified ( Water, Sodium Hyaluronate, Gluconolactone, Sodium Benzoate) 2%
    Geogard ultra 1%
    Ph is ~5
    Product passed challenge test.
10% of people who tried this product reported burning sensation right after application. Originally I though that ph was the reason. I was able to stabilize ph with citric acid buffer and I asked one of the people that reported burning sensation to try it again and the result was the same.
I’m not sure what causes the burning with some people and no reaction to other 90% of people, including me.
    Please help…
    Thank you!

It could be the Sodium Benzoate.
