    Does any body of a batch calculator that would be used in (compounding) production.  Something in excel?  It would help determine cost of raw materials, to scrap from production, bottles, how much one unit will cost….

    Make a workbook.
    Page 1: A list of raws that you use. The next column is price per kilo. This is done so that when the price of an ingredient changes, when you update the price it will reflect in each formula that uses it.
    Page 2: A calculation sheet similar to the one Perry shows in the video. Use on of these pages for each product.
    Page 3: Another calculation sheet except this one is for packages and label prices.
    Page 4: Another calculation sheet, this simply records the cost of manpower per hour.
    Page 5: The totalling sheet. This adds the result from (2), (3), and (4) for each product and adds process cost (energy use, maintenance etc)
    Page 6: Marketing page. Lists each product and calculates SRP according to the margin you enter.
    In my case I also buy in dollars as well as pesos so I also have a page in which I enter the exchange rate.
