  Anywhere where I can buy some rice ferment filtrate (sake)?

  Hi there,

  I want to create a facial toner using rice ferment filtrate, or a rice hydrosol, and I am having a pretty hard time finding a source for it. I wonder if anyone in the community has come across it, or may know where to look for it.
