  Amp ultra pc 2000 vs triethanolmine

  If i dont have amp ultra pc 2000 ( aminomethyl propanol and water ) and want to use TEA 
  what is the percentage i have formulation for spider wax uses 0.25 i want to use TEA shall i put the same dosage
