Unanimous with Allantoin being the issue. Allantoin must be entered into the formula at a recommended percentage of the water content and not the formula content. It dissolves in water, not oil.

ingredients are fine and you don’t need all or as many. Select a compatible carrier oil. The delivery system is just as important as the ingredients. Also ensure that acid based ingredients are incorporated into an acid based environment and select a good penetration enhancer.

Try a mineral such as copper or zinc.

Polyvinylpyrrolidone may not be compatible with carbomer based ingredients. It’s generally used as an antiseptic so I imagine that it’s ph may be different to carbomer. Is it actually needed. If so, look for a replacement alternative then try that. Carbomer based ingredients are extremely PH sensitive and they will not gel in a non conducive environment. You have an ingredient that disrupts carbomer function for thickening and I’m guessing it’s Polyvinylpyrrolidone.

Optiphen is a water based preservative. It’s probably not ideal for use in emulsified body butters. Also check that the ph of your preservative matches that of your formula before you add it.
