cetearyl alcohol plus poly sorbate 60 will form an emulsion if you do not have any other access to a ready made emulsion for the conditioner.

I understand that the Cetyl Alcohol gives smoother fluffier feel than the cetostearyl alcohol.

@Aziz here i had to use some sles based shampoo to do the dishes
luckily only until the next day and could make some old fashioned dishwash liquid. -

@evelynquee see the attached formula from Croda and see how they have used the Na OH in their formula. Jut remember this type of formulas are some of the most dangerous stuff to work with as a cosmetic scientist. You will find that your liability insurance doubles in costs when you sell these type of products

Maybe add some polysorbate 60 to create an emulsion with the cetyl alcohol?. There are many other more modern emulsifiers though

Very strange. I just springle on water mix for 30 minutes and heat to 70C. Never had a problem.

@Gunther here in Darkest africa formaldehyde is still very much an acceptable preservative sadly. Dirt cheap and available everywhere.
