I ve just been informed that production team went and used normal (tap) water +EDTA, we normally use in-house demineralized water but the station was out of service that day. I also suspect that to be the cause… Now why did 30 bottles dephasing after less than 24h and the others after 3 weeks!! (I hate not knowing..)

forget to add this: when filling the bottles, the first 30 bottles were off after less than 24H, the reste of the batch took more time, 3 weeks later i have some bottles start forming the white bottom layer. i have a witness bottle from 4 months ago and it still 100% homogenous …

Donc si t’as trouvé la raison j’aimerais bien savoir 🙂

Hi, don’t know if you still looking for answers, i wanted to contribute 🙂 so, i use much less SLES and CB than you (about 1/3 of your %) and mine lathers perfectly. note that the SLES gives big abondant bubbles, the CB stabilizes them and gives more of a creamy lasting lather. Important thing about my formula: i add 3% of coco-glucoside and i do 1:2 ration of CB:SLES, it improves lather significantly and help the thickening (and less irritating)

Hi, can you be more specific about this body oil end benefit? Moisturizing? firming? anti-aging? whitening? plus, your formula seems quite natural, why use 5% fragrance it’s a lot and not natural, i guess. Will you add Niacinamide as “Star” component and mention it on the front label?

first idea that comes to my mind is have you tried incorporating it in Glycerol first? (1g of niacinamide dissolves in 10ml of Glycerol according to Merck Index Encyclopedia) if it doesn’t work, you may need to add an aqueous phase to your formula and hence end up with an emulsion.. you really need a body OIL?
