When designing a product… I need it to do particular things. There is no encyclopedia or database approved by some cosmetic association that tells the truth about what substances do what?
(maybe one of you should create such a source and make some $$$ off it…) -
Pea polypeptides to… build collagen?

What can I do to make it easier on my formulator (meaning less expensive since he works on an hourly rate)? Thx

Related question: I’m starting a skincare product, and my plan has been to research until I have my list of active ingredients, my list of forbidden ingredients, and my list of required & preferred characteristics of the final product. Is that the right way to approach the cosmetic chemist?

Can you recommend a better lab? -
Thank you, Microformulation.
It’s hard to want to produce a first rate quality product on a near nothing budget. But it’s worse to lug around big debt!
Any advice is 100% welcome.Thanks,

Thank you!
Lab in Boca is saying stability testing is not required for a non-OTC. I’m assuming “OTC” means an over the counter drug. -
Do I need eye testing? It’s a body lotion. Thanks.

Dr. Bob… any idea if a lab would be willing to do HRIPT on people’s belly, so it tells me something about the actual area where my product is used?
Or — would that detract from the value of the testing?
Thanks. -
Thanks, Perry.
