Hi, I don’t know if you are still wanting info on Montenov L, but I just saw this. I have been using this emulsifier for several years without any problems - I add a thickener because it won’t thicken on it’s own, but other than that, I pore water phase into oil phase and mix with high shear for 4 minutes (I think I got that info from manufacturer video), then switch to regular blender on low. Don’t put this emulsifier into a cold bath, but other than those few things, it creates a lovely emulsion
