PMMA is added at 60-65, the raw or vendor has not changed with this lot and the process was followed the same as always. There is no other raw we can pinpoint that could cause these “sharp” particles unless is is 1% HA soln pre dispersed.

You could also try soybean oil!

Try heating to 60-65C for oils, just before use.

With the hot pour product you manufacture at your site, then ship to CM?
The product can be reheated to fill?
My company has hot fill lines.
