I guess it happens because of cocamide dea. I am not sure a bout that. When I reduce cocamide dea the viscosity decrease. I can increase the viscosity with other ingredients but the product is not affordable.

I think for the reduction of irritancy you can use D-panthenol, extract plant, and polyquaternium.

I think your experiment is correct. you add 15.63 Labsa. then You neutralise it with caustic soda and TEA.
**LABSA is not a surfactant. after neutralization in turn into surfactant**Now, You have 2 types of surfactant with 2 molecular weights. 1. Na Las 328 g/mol 2. TEA LAS 475.7 g/mol 3. You did not calculate AOS as an active surfactant

I tried to reduce the Labsa and Increase Cocamide dea and Betaine. The dishwashing liquid turns into a little nontransparent at 9 degrees centigrade.
