    Consider the ratio. You can experiment with 1:20 ; 1:30 ; 1:50 .

Then observe for some days to gain consistency. Choose the best that suits your desired requirement and perform quality assurance as well as quality control

You might consider mixing perfumes into top notes, medium notes and base notes. This might help with the long-lasting effect needed. Additionally, try using alcohol in the percentile range of 60 to 75. The percentage of glycerin is high, maintaining a rate of 3 to 5% should do the trick. Hope this works for you

Hello, I observed from your formulation that, you used 19 different ingredients. is there a reason for that? few of these are playing the same role, so if you could help us understand the use of each ingredient. it will help us find the reason for the grainy end product.

First, you must know the consistency you are expecting at the end of your formulation.

Secondly, what are the quantities of the various ingredients measured? You may consider reducing the quantity of the SCI to see the effect on the end product, whether it means your expectation.

Have you tried mixing the SCI with a little of your distilled water before introducing it into the main formulation? and topping up the formulation gradually with water?

Your list does not contain a preservative, is that intentional?

Kindly increase the percentage of the Chlorhexidine to 0.2%. Take out the Hexamidine totally from the formulation. Chlorhexidine is enough for your antispetic property in the formulation. I do hope this help resolve your problem.

Hexamidine could be reacting with your Chlorhexidine. What are the percentages of each of the actives used in this formulation? Chlorhexidine is very sensitive to many other ingredients and using it will require you carefully consider the percentage concentration as compared to the other ingredients in the formulation

Increasing the percentage of the beewax to about 10% will help increase the viscosity of your formulation. try it out

Did you use the same production equipment for both formulations? If yes, what are your SOP’s for cleaning of such production equipment?

    Hello,

Looking at your current choice of ingredients for your hand soap formulation, a good moisturizing agent I will recommend will be aloe vera.
