Because the beeswax adulternation is quite common, probably mixed paraffin wax inside the beeswax. If you have DSC, the chart will tell everything!

try to lower the caster oil and increase the olive oil.

Normally we combine a soft wax beeswax with a hard wax, carnauba or sunflower wax to balance the hardness and lubricity.Apart from the wax, the oil type also can influence the hardness even with the same wax. The stronger polarity, the harder.

they are safe but 1,4-dioxane does not meet the current green trend.

PE wax and ozokerite are not sustainable ingredients, marine pollution. Many PE wax suppliers change the PE INCI to synthetic wax due to the microplastic issue。。。

Lauryl Laurate - melting point 23-30°C. + Shea and Mango butter. In total, you have 25% of those. Keep those under 10%, to give your product good climate stability.
I think what you are experiencing is called “Syneresis”. Please check polarity of those waxes. And the oils. Mixing non-polar and polar ingredients usually results in this issue.
Hope that helpsDear Paprik,
I fully agree with you on the polar suggestion.
Could you help me sort the polar from high to low: beeswax, sunflower wax, carnauba wax, candelilla wax, rice bran wax, sumac wax, microcrystalline wax。 Tks! -
It seems that lips dont have Melanocytes

The blooming is due to those natural ingredients which are rich in the fatty acid. The white fuzz is fatty acid as well, you have to choose the wax and oil can control the fatty acid…

But when we take lipsticks out and put the lipsticks in the room tempreature, the matirx will change accodring to the room tempreature again? If yes, I think the refrigerator function is to save time not the matrix.
