    Hi there! It sounds like you’re working hard on perfecting your eyeliner formula. Have you considered experimenting with other heardle waterproofing agents like trimethylsiloxysilicate or different types of silica? Sometimes a small tweak in the formulation can make a big difference. Also, maybe adjusting the ratio of coated to non-coated pigments could help with the stickiness issue.
