Hello, can you say how much triethanolamine do you use?

 I am using 0.35% carbopol 940.

When I add 0.17% triethanolamine, in the last half, it forms a milky mixture and it losses all viscosity.

I am concerned that this happens because I only have 20% m/m of water.

In my company we don’t do color cosmetics, only skincare so the color is not so crucial as is color cosmetics.
I am looking at simpler catalogs (fewer colors than Pantone) and they do indicate validity.
