    If it is not a thermoset polymer resin - which it is not - I would think adding above the Tg would be more prudent for better dispersion in your medium. chemicalmatt said:

    Hi thanks for the replies, I add 3% of Polyester 5 (solid pellets) to the water phase and heat to 85c and hold for 20 minutes then combine oil and water phases, my issue is when to pour on cool down, does the Tg of 55 have any bearing at all as I am getting inconsistent results in final consistency (either too hard or then what I am after which is more of a rubbery texture).
