Hi there.
Most Laundry detergents nowadays have some amount of different Enzymes that are able to dissolve the hard stains.
I myself have some very good experiences with different Enzymes for Stain removers but of course, you need to have a look witch kind of stains are still there and take the enzyme that fits that need.
Lipase for lipid stains
Amylase for starch
Protease for proteinyou although will get some already pre-mixed bases in the marked
it is important to discuss with the suplayer if there are stability issues for some ingredients so that you don’t have them in your formulation.

hi I don’t think your Cetyl Alcohol + polysorbate 80 is coursing the instability’s.
The Stability of surfactants formulations depends a lot on the Order you add
the different surfactants especially if you use a Cationic (polyquat7) with in
an anionic system that can lead to instability’s. -
