Actually it is full formula and it is not my formulation just i want to correct it. So by searching D-Panthenol is already not liposoluble.

To find the cause of separation I added ingredients one by one so what I found out there it seems no issue

À lot of correction can be made, there is no need to slat, you need to neutralise your carbomer, there is no need to two thickener, a lot of surfactants wich will increase the price of your product without any intereststing gain.

@ketchito actually If you watch you can see that almost dedorant (if not all) with aluminium chlorohydrate are made with combination between (ceteareth/steareth 2, ceteareth 20..) and always low hlb emulsifier have higher level. For sure there is justification for that your answer seems good , thanks a lot.

Yes it is full formula not developed by me just I found out that Panthenol is not soluble in the product as first mistake then the orange solution has very near viscosity to Vit E.

Note : we are making formula by adding ingredients one by one to identify the cause so paraffin oil + grape seed oil +fragrance +Ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate seems mixcible without any issue with parrafin oil +fragrance +grape seed oil +Ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate

Note :viscosity of orange phase seems too near to Vit E

I’am Just joking by 10,000 experts, about cream I meant even it is not hydro-liposoluble actif as zinc oxide it will be not problem by suspension with adequate viscosity.

I see professional formulation that contains zinc pca, zinc oxide and zinc ricin oleate.

Castor oil seems for can have some effective job because zinc ricin oleate is already a drevative from him.

I’am working for cream product so solubility is not a problem. And blogger for me as professional are not a reference however I can find some professionals formulation wich contains baking soda, corn strach, titanium oxide and coconut oil
