too much the level of CAPB i guess reducing it will give harder texture.

I guess it didn’t break, as I said too near texture and viscosity.

thanks for five and about 2 zinc oxide in adequat level and formulation will not make coloration in dark clothes.

i saw such description that says use TEC at ph <5 , however i find other paper that says the ph of TEC is between 6 and 8 … actually i got effective deo using TEC and zinc oxide may the deodorant activity is from only Zinc oxide .

About the activity of TEC i guess may by application underarm the ph changes and TEC will be actif?

i don’t want to make irritant deo for sure i want to kow the information what is the maximum ph in cream deo . For ph =8 is not necessary irritant.

As always , awsome comment from expert @ketchito. Thanks a lot for sharing your interesting knowledege , my big guess was about cooling ratio (because it is the most important difference between labo and production scale) . about ratio (turbine diamater /reactor diamater) laboratory > ratio (turbine diamater /reactor diamater) production

Actually it is not really problem because we got nice texture (better texture then laboratary sample) and viscosity is acceptable just i want to understand the phenomen . About the speed of turbine i guess it is not the reason because we turn off it at high temperature where the viscosity reached the maximum of viscosity so the decreasing of viscosity is in function with temperature decreasing only in that case .

just we took two samples from production one without turn on turbine after 50 °C and one with then there is not really important difference between them.

Thanks i guess i got your idea however the inci of fragrance is parfum so i meant fragrance, odorant ingredient…

Excecatly that is What i’am guessing something related directly with aluminum chlorohydrate, thanks a lot for your precious comment and for sure soo helpfull.

Actually almost you said true about it is lighweight, emollient and solvent however i Never read That There is an evidence between Lightweight oil and anti irritation effect ، also all function said can be done by other ingredient sush as c12-15 alkylbenzoate. So my problem is wich thing has ppg 15 that others hasn’t May as you said something related of aliminum chlorohydrate.

Two productions for shared formulation , but the curve is repeated for others creams always in evry production ( at T=50 °C the viscosity drop dramatically where there is no add to any ingredient preservative , parfum..) .

And there is only production and laboratory scale .

Thanks a lot for your comment, I wrote full lol but when cream loose viscosity I didn’t add preservative and perfume, about stirring it needs high speed stirring to get good viscosity 600 rpm is low.

I already make a lot of researchment about vitamin c and (Mpg, glycerin) will be choice.

Now the problematic is it will be better to use maximum of solvents enhancers for a synergy or it will be better to use the best (one or two) enhancer(s) alone.

Interesting just for the first combination the form Vitamin c must have pH compatible with the compatible pH of alpha arbutin.

Why adding? And why should be water soluble?

I’am not making massage cream however why massage cream use parrafin oil?

When adding dimethicone 350 to cream the viscosity decrease more. Can you guess why?

Actually it is very expensive ingredient more then all I wrote and it it is more difficult to use in formulation then a lot of others.
