@Perry @Gunther @ozgirl  is there any scientific study about Corona virus and hypochlorite de sodium solution??
 I saw and heard many formulations with  hypochlorite de sodium 12 degree : 
One says 9 parts water to one part hypochlorite de sodium 12 degree. And other says 4 parts water and one part hypochlorite de sodium 12 degree. 
 Waiting your interesting answers, and I wish that if it is a real good product for killing corona virus all members know it to protect their self.

@rajastyle if you make gel sanitizer with minimum level 60% of alcohol it will be fine.

I tried to make sample of gel sanitizer the lol is 🙂
Carbomer 996 : 0,5%
TEA : 0,5 %
IPA : 60%
EDTA : 0,1 %
Water: Qsp
The process put water, add Carbomer, neutralizer with TEA untill  getting good gel, adding half amount of IPA was good when add all amount gel broke down, and I get precipitation of Carbomer, I add water to reduce the level of IPA and get gel but it did not work
So why even I reduce the level of IPA Lower then 60% I did not get gel? 
Is there any solution to correct the sample?

@Gunther  I think that the pH of NaOh  soaps is important for antibacterial activity thing not found in polysorbate.

@Padmavathi you supposed to tell clients wich better so you can tell them that with  lower level of glycerin product will be better .

@Padmavathi  I think that 15% of glycerin is too high level and almost reduce the viscosity of product try to reduce it.

@Perry  you have right and i guess that ingredients are most important factor for bubble retention.

@Quimico  what is glyceryl ? as i see all ingredients are hydrosoluble so there is no reason for seperation .

@Perry actually as conclusion the lowest speed needs just more time in process without reducing time of bubbles,however may viscosity have real effect for bubbles stability because my lower viscosity products needs less time for having no bubbles product.

@GabyD maybe a thickener will help for your emulsion stability even in warm condition.

@dodipharma jasmin and lavender oil will change for sure the smell for any oil so if they don’t so you did not the add adequat amount.

@Perry actually i made liquid soap with the slowest speed in mixer, so i will tell you how your idea does with bubble problem (Just as instant observation the product with slowest speed mixing has more transperency then usual process just at the end of mixing.)

I have not really idea for the precise amount to reduce so you should work on it , but as start point try in total 10 % (glycerin and CAPB) and as you said it seems good idea to increase the level of CSI and SCS.

In your case @MangoMonster Cetearth-25 can do the job without Steareth-20/21.

@Perry thanks for reply, i’am sure that slow down mixing will reduce bubble however process (mixing) will take longer time to have liquid soap also i hope understanding why LABSA need Just 1day with same mixing speed ?
