@Abdullah room temperature in same time by manuel mixing with same tool.
@Pharma about acid amino keratin it is another strange phenomenon for the first purchase I worked the formulation with more then 1% level without any issues however in the second purchase even with 0.2% serum loose transparency same thing about the level of perfume I needed to decrease the first level for maintaining the transparency.

@Pharma it is not optical ‘illusion actually I put the product in same packaging to jude the transparency and is not the same for sure. C12_15 was suggested by @chemicalmatt for solving transperncy problem when adding perfume in silicone serum, so I made a try for my product and it did lovely job for small batch.

@Riyas it is logic to have low foam with such formulation just increase the level of SLES and it will be fine.

@Abdullah thanks, however don’t you think that less then 1% active surfactant is too weak for removing make up?!

November 10, 2022 at 7:21 pm in reply to: Does NACL do any benefit in liquid laundry detergent?

@Abdullah the general idea is what @ketchito said about your system is not too sensitive to salt but what I suggest is to add some CAPB and CDEA then delating glucoside. 5%  of slat is too much I suggest to start with 0.5% with path 0.1%.

Always together brother???? @Abdullah  actually they are more then thickener both are used as anti-redeposition agents and they have more then that function in detergent.

Thanks a lot @Abdullah @Paprik @EVchem for your precious comments wich helped me to have better product by using ceteareth 25 and delating BTMS.
@Abdullah i’am using acrypol 996 as carbomer and I guess it has some tolerance with BTMS in low level because I made cream with both and it seems pretty stable.

@natiyo123 as short answer the main difference in hlb value and even in the final texture try to Google it, it is easy to get more details.

November 4, 2022 at 7:46 pm in reply to: Why some water float above product?

@Abdullah my colleague taked it from professional site, I guess it is not exactly the formulation.

      It was BTMS 25

No I did not make version without GMS and carbomer

My plan is to change BTMS with ceteareth 25 I guess it will solve stability problem.

Carbomer add a lot for the product so I will try to keep it as much as possible ( If I work only with BTMS Wich has high hlb I guess the hlb of BTMS will be far from needed hlb=10 not?) and for sure with only BTMS I will not reach the good texture get it by using carbomer.
