If we (we are a contract manufacturer) formulate your product, you own it as soon as you are happy with it and pay for it. Every company works different so it is hard to say what the experience with each one.

If you are still looking, we have no minimums at all! We have a lot of ingredients in our warehouse that we can possibly use to manufacture your formulation.

Topical for cosmetic procedures.
Monograph seems to state 5%. What about combining lidocaine with something like menthol to increase the potency? Has anyone found anything stating possible OTC limits on that? -
If you’re willing to go east coast, we’re currently doing zero MOQs for OTC production.
I don’t know anyone off hand out in the west who is low MOQ and OTC.

Perry I totally agree. Research is key. I think phone conversation with the chemist are also necessary.
Also asking others who have successfully formulated. Ask them what the selling point for them was. Personally I think the lab should also turn over all rights to you as the owner. -

approximately 2 years.We can fill liquids ranging from water viscosity to creams, lotions, butter and
heavy pastes –powder formulations from fine to coarse. We are well versed in
natural and organic formulations, as well as OTC sunscreens and other health

We are uniquely positioned for the challenges of a new brand or product launch that the ‘big boys’ might not want to tackle because we target clients who produce 5,000 units or less. Perhaps our most unique ability is being able to make trial runs or samples for a tradeshow, with no minimums including professional label printing.
