I just made Cocoa for hands & Feet lotion. Its smell is good. But it has soaping effect. I heated it to 125F, and puth dimethicone fluid that I bought from Making Cosmetics. The soaping effect was not existing anymore.

the natural ingredients are extracted from herbsor botanicals, etc…..

chemical ingredients are are from petroleum or made from labs (synthetic)

Thanks Ngarayeva001. Wonderful idea! I just tried out chanel, la Mer moisturize cream. Their texture is nice!  
I look at their ingredients and found that most of them are chemicals. Their cream has no expire date. Very expensive!

I agree with you about coconut oil that is not good for facial cream due to its comedogenic = 4. Thanks again. 
 
DAS! If you google “coconut oil benefits for skin” you will see alot of information about it. Now, I understand that there are many marketing hypes. I must be careful about what I read on internet.

pKa of lactic acid is 3.86. So, pH = 3.86  will have 50% free lactic acid

 vitamin e acetat 2%
vitamin a 5%

polygluco 0.3%

no water formula

Wow, vitamin C is powerful ingredient for anti-aging. 
Where are the resources containing vitamin C naturally such as lemon, orange?

ascorbic acid is powerful but does it work well stable with others?

I like natural products and believe naturals providing the best for skin care.

why can we increase the ph to reduce irritation?

The pKa of Kojic acid is 7.6 
when pH = 7.6 the free acid is 50%
the most active of kojic acid and irritation is reduced.

this is concept, I do not have experienced on kojic. 
On glycolic acid, ph = 3.8 the irritation is less than ph= 3.4
