You need a microemulsion using Oleic Acid ;ps of 25 nm should be transparent if you want the latter.

take a sample from production prior to addition of oil/surfactant blend and add latter in the lab to see if levels are correct:you can adjust for production batches.if necessary.

ethoxy diglycol has skin irritation issues so use level restricted as per application via CRB-dmi has odor in creams/lotions which can be masked but suggest going Green with pentylene glycol ie Hydrolite 5 Green-Symrise

I worked for a large, global company - to qualify systems and test, we conducted tests on products recovered after consuner use from each of the major geographies. I’ve worked with other companies who targeted 1000 recovered samples - not for every product but for systems and to qualify their preservative test.I did the same for major Pharm Co doing new product Development on WW basis.You can probably guess the company-now making Covid single dose vaccine.

At what percentage have you used DMDMH?
And generally, for what sort of products?-CREAMS/LOTIONS @0.5% WT/WT%-NO longer use it due to formaldehyde release as most customers want Form-free.Also used Gydant Plus at lower level 0.3% .Creams lotions gels etc-

You can also use Poly amides such as Seppmax zen good rheology/thickening and very easy to use.

We have used DMDMH alone in a myriad of systems ie creams lotions gels etc with products having micro-integrity for 3+ years via OTC/USP preservation testing. Unnecessary Overloading of a preservation system can lead to skin problems such as contact dermatitis and so on.Preservative as rule of thumb should be < 1.0% wt/wt.

agree as we are responsible for product integrity and safety.You need professional stability testing which is not expensive or you could invest in Tempered Oven/s and refidgerator for low temps ie freeze/thaw etc

Resveratrol is not water soluble but you can add to oil phase by pre-dissolving in surfactant emulsifier.Also Trans is active form which flips to cis form in storage.Best to use Tiagra Cellcaps encapsulated. which can be added at the end to avoid headaches.Also you have too much in your formula.

you bet use at 1-1.5% w/w-ph will also buffer at 5-Geoguard Ultra Lonza benzoic acid and gluconolactone.

The carbomer has to be neutralized and lowered 3% is too much 1% should be enough with 1.1% triethanolamine

Replace HCL with Citric and add 2% nonionic surfactant Neodol 25-9 or another brand
