    Hi there,
What are the ingredients you need?
  • I haven’t got insurance yet this year, however, now hearing all this, I dont think I will. I have a knew product out and if someone sued me now (Belassi) I have a less then $250 business, and I would let the lawyer know that. The problem is that small businesses pay a lot of money on advertising, branding etc to make them look like a brand that looks like Lancome, and could be sued as they have loads of money.

  • Hey Bellassi, (this is fom a few posts ago in this thread)
You were interpreting that I had a ‘Limited Company with £100 capital ‘, I don’t think so I had a million dollar (no thats too 80’s) I had a billion corporation and then turned to my mate Warren Buffet and played around with a few investments. Now you can continue what you were sayin?….

Have a look at the Lanman-Maibach cumulative Irritation Test. I would look it up but have to go to bed.

I just asked my husband what he would like for a facial wash as he works outdoors and he likes to wash his face in the shower. He said not too foamy, and the coffee size like sand. Just enough so you think it is doing something? and also nice and soothing because he shaves before hand. He also said that he cant find any for men?? Hope this helps I think you could do a body exfoliate and go the whole hog! Hope this helps

  • Hahaaa!

  • I have always been told to get insurance just in case. It may not actually be the cream they thought they were buying. I sent a cream to a lady who is very allergic, so I thought I sent her the fragrance free cream, but it was orange blossom. Luckily she smelled first, but is an example of what can go wrong I guess!

Yes I have already gotten into trouble and doing my penance for 3 days now, to be honest I didn’t even realise it was annoying anyone!? I must cut back on the peroxide in my hair, all that oxygen made me far too enthusiastic!
My deepest apologies to everyone I have annoyed Catherine

Yes thats it, WHEN the company got onto the FDA’s radar plus the glassware they implement should be warned from this site. Anything with a glass joint connection for example a round bottom flask, distillation glassware etc. I had to put myself on a police report. That was 10 Years ago and I have never heard of anything since?
I think that if you are really making 1000 units from home then its time to get a licensed manufacturer and that is a good dilemma to deal with don’t you agree?

Really? Unless you are making 1000 units per day you are a no body, cosmetic regulators are not nazis, that’s more for the pharmaceutical products. Anyway we are not even talking about selling at home, we are talking about having fun with cosmetics in a methodical way involving education, realising that making cosmetics takes a lot more than throwing things in a bottle & shaking it! I say go for it you have notthing to lose Catherine

Wow Perry you are a superstar! the Dr Oz show? Why is he called Dr OZ? is he from Aus? With regard to the homeopathic  healing powers, a pharmacist down the road told me she is a homeopath?? How can you be a pharmacist and a homeopath, its opposite methods of thinking. I asked for a stress relief product and I bought her homeopathic one, when I got home found out it was full of ethanol. Apparently all the mothers at sport days in winter down this homeopathic medicine. They are all just legal drunks! Hilarious..
