I am looking for a cosmetic chemist to formulate a conditioner base that can be added to. If you live in the London area please let me know ASAP.

Hi my name is Catherine. I am an Aussie but I have several clients from the US and Canada that do not have a problem at all. We email and skype and phone. Is the distance the reason you want to find someone in London?
