As @khoikhoa said, PTM is the best for shine but a bit pricey comparatively speaking. My other point is why would you add carbomer to this system. I am not sure if you have made any trials but trust me that 25% ceteareth-25 will be more than enough in that formula. PVP seems fine though and I have an identical formula except the carbomer. It is an extremely thick solution of ceteareth-25 and the processing temperature is almost 80 plus.

Polyox WSR 301 aka PEG-90M used for sensorial enhancement in such products. It is a Dow product.

@Doreen the product is intended for dry to very dry regions where there is very little or no water. And absolutely NO USERS??? and what a topic to end the season with.

I hope it’s not Conmix?, insist with the supplier for details. You can’t get no for an answer from a supplier and that too to know the name of the product that you already buy.

How stable is your fragrance oil, fixatives help in fixation. I feel there is an issue with the fragrance oil.

Just to make sure, either reduce the Locron dosage or try knocking out Sepimax Zen to see if that grittiness persists. It will confirm your perception of insoluble salt.

Although I haven’t used this Sepimax Zen but the literature clearly mentions salt tolerance of upto 10% and you are 20% with that Locron. Maybe you can have a look at it.

HEC, high viscosity HPMC?? Salt will do nothing in this formula anyway.

How about changing the order of addition, Sodium Carbomer before oil phase. And then the rest of the things.

Dowanols for Ethylene glycol as Gunther pointed out and get rid of SLES. Too much streaking, slightly up the glucoside and you would be fine.

By the way, is that propylene glycol or polypropylene glycol. Still too high glycols for the shampoo, and someone rightfully pointed put the high level of fragrance too.

No Gunther there is no streaking. Its straight clear solution, I suppose my LABSA is absolutely a high grade product. That is the only explanation I can think of.

I just check the clarity and the final adjustment of pH at the end of process.
