Is this formulation safe according to long term use on hands i am not seeing its safe and will dry and rough hands after 2 3 month use of regular product  too high labsa and not cost effective according to sale point in low profile countries

Cetyl alcohol 
Gms
Glycols
Or IPM or caprylic glycerides

Try this one we also making 1000 litre batch comparatively better then vim .

You can add lactic acid to reduce ph works better instead of citric

Sls 2 to 3 percent Cocobetaine 2 percent or if u want mild one then sodium lauryl sarcosine protelan ls7 percent and sodium lauryl glucoside  protelan agl 5 percent makes mild facewash

Dear kindly share surfant ratio u are using anionic cationic what kind how much u use lauric acid and methyl carboxyl cellulose also add citric acid to adjust ph at 6 adding citric acid also reduce slippery effect
