Tracy9, thanks for this succinct response, this is helpful, I also discover some of the tube swollen up, that is creating air vacuum in the tube though I’m still trying to do some studies to know what is the exacts course of this two observation.

Thank you very much for this one of my clients is demanding for 70-90% flow rate of detergent powder and I made him to understand the above method but it seemed not to understand the Hausner ratio, and compressibility ratio when I ask him the method he used in getting 70% flow rate as required above he said he used cone or funnel with stopwatch and the calculate Soo have try that but I couldn’t get it

The type of preservative you are using may cause it and the mixing time, you have to mix your detergent properly and allow the temperature to come down before adding preservative and color

I study biochemistry and I work as a chemical analysts in a homecare and cosmetics manufacturing company, there is also R&D section in my laboratory for 4 years now, that’s where I pick interests because I work directly with them by carrying out analysis of new develop product.
