I could not thicken face wash batch containing SAlicylic, Glycolic & lactic.

I tried more EGMS, COCOmono, HEC separate out. GUAR.

I suspect of fragrance. & I add Lactic acid lastly.

ACtually you can use LD or HD for same mold. The difference is bottle sturdiness. As i Know if Blow molding machine is used then you can use same mold for both the material. Material grade is important.we can use  LD & HD both material for same bottle mold.

we can use both material for cap that is made by Injection technology. but the material grade is different. LD, HD & PP are all PE. PP is harder than hd & LD.

HDPE. LDPE is soft & usually used for cap. So bottle made of HDPE is Sturdy made form LDPE is soft like wash bottle in lab.

yes . hdpe is hard material. LDPE is soft. But I think machine compatibility  should be checked.

Can HEC work? or XAnthan Gum or SOD. CMC? MArket product ingredients list shows carbomer.

PEG-400 & 4000 melted together. I think pH roll is important here. I try keeping different different pH.
