I saw somewhere that if you mix mix an emulsion after cool down for some time it will increase viscosity and and stability. I don’t remember if it was with a specific emulsifier or all emulsions.

If we add some oil like 1% to a washing liquid and mix it, after some time it goes to the top of product and doesn’t remain suspended.

How much unsaponified oil was in your product and how were you suspending it to prevent it’s migration to the top?

I made a version with 0.5% SLS and it had less viscosity.

My product with 5% fatty alcohol is completely white while there product wasn’t that white at all. More fatty alcohol makes it more white right?

Here fatty alcohol helps emulsion too. It will work like 6% emulsifier

4. Dont use that mach. Make a sample with 1% Ceteareth 20 and 5% fatty alcohol and see if you need to increase the amount or decrease it.
