Depends that what is already in your formula and how much is it.

No one would steal or copy your formula. People that can advise you to correct your formula can make better formula than you too.
Also your formula has nothing to make it spacial or any better than the most basic bar. So don’t worry about someone copying it.
Please write the ingredients name properly if want us to be able to advise you properly.

As your batch size is too small, i think it is just air that has been mixed during homogenization coming out.

I did use Perplexity for only 10 minutes now and i like it more than chatGPT.
One question about these studies.
Why don’t they study sensitization rate of the upper limit of preservatives like 15ppm & 7.5ppm CMI MI instead of 200 and 2000ppm?
No one uses that high amount so no benefit of knowing what does that high amount do.

Sodium benzoate doesn’t have problem with low pH. Glyceryl Caprylate have.

What much viscosity do you what and have you got?
What combinations and at what percentage have you used?

The one in the glass which is yellowish is the one i currently use and i import it from another country. According to their COA(photo attached) it has Magnesium nitrate& Magnesium Chloride.
The one in the bottle is available locally recently. It COA is not available and local supplier also don’t know that details.(local suppliers here don’t know much technical details or COA of any item they sell).
Is it possible that CMI MI 1.5% has one color and 14% has another color?

Yes, that liquid SLS precipitated too after 2nd day but unlike SLS powder solution, when i mixed it again, that precipitation dissolved in solution easily and it became cloudy again and when i added EDTA to it, it became clear.
With SLS powder solution the precipitation didn’t mix again and was attached to glass and spoon. Although it was removable by rubbing with hand.

EntrepreneurFebruary 20, 2025 at 7:42 am in reply to: Effect of co surfactant on silicone deposition from shampooI have made of several versions of SLES CAPB. 8:2, 10:2, 12:2, 14:2 SLES: CAPB and with different amounts of silicone micro emulsion, 0.2-0.5%. but they don’t fell as good. With higher amounts of silicone hair feel oily but doesn’t feel as good as the one with MEA.

I suggest if you increased one of them, increase all others too.
I also suggest you make a sample with good old sodium Lauryl sulfate. I bet you would love it.

It is too much emulsifier. That is why it soaps. As graillotion mention, you should increase viscosity by adding polymers that increase stability too.
Try this combination, it will have less soaping.
Cetearyl alcohol 1.5%
GMS 3.6%
cetearteh 20 2.2%
-
Maybe there is problem with your raw materials or production method because those amount should give high enough viscosity.
Try adding some gums
-
With these emulsifiers Try 3% ceteareth 20+ 40% cetearyl alcohol or 2% ceteareth 20 + 2.5% cetearyl alcohol.
I recommend other types of emulsifiers.
