  ZEIN value of SLES, CAPB, APG blend

  According to some data, zein value < 200mgN/100ml for a surfactant is not irritating to skin. In a Shampoo with %12 active surfactants and blend of SLES, CAPB and APG, what percentage of CAPB and APG minimum can reduce the Zein value of this system to 200mgN/100ml or below?

  Does adding anything other than surfactant effect the Zein value of this system?

  APG will reduce the Zein value most, CAPB second, as will most amphoterics. Reduce 1 part anionic for every part APG increase.

  I thought amphoterics will reduce the Zein value more than APG.
