  Will 100Rpm lift bubbles out of melted lipstick

  Is 100rpm an ok speed to lift bubbles out of a lipstick formula as its melting?
  I’m currently looking at buying a stirrer, and it provides 1500rpm that i need, but am unsure if 100rpm is ok for removing bubbles.
  Please help!
