  Why does Tio2 aggregate better than other powders?

  I am using Tio2 as a tone-up cream. Tio2 is very aggressive. Why does Tio2 and ZnO aggregate better than other powders? I’d love to hear some advice on how to make adjustments in the formulation to make the skin more naturally bright. What is the best way to control Tio2 in cosmetic formulation?

  When you say “aggregate” do you mean that it clumps together?
