I need help to stabilize this gel like product. At higher temperature there is a liquid layer and a solid layer. Also at RT you can see a light liquid layer on top. The formula consists of:

Non-Ionic Fatty esters, Cationic conditioning agent, oils, glycerin, silicone, nonionic polyalkyline glycol, and no water.

Any suggestions on what to do to stabilize it at higher temperatures. THe product initally is thick and viscous and when at higher temperature( 45C) it forms two layers(liquid layer and thick viscous layer). When it cools back down it has same texture as when it was placed in.
