  Your best bet for finding wholesale suppliers for your location would be to just google it! 

  
  

  Manufacturers often purchase directly from the source but I’m assuming you’re looking for small quantities so google “cosmetic ingredient distributors” or “cosmetic ingredient wholesale” and put your location in the search bar too.
