    hi every one … last month i  bought  one  litre  of  perfume oil base to  spray  on  hair for  flexibility ,the  seller  told me  the  name  of this  product is DPP  and  seem  he  doesnt  know  the  exact  name  . and  he  said  that  dermatologists  use  that  on  skin , so   after  google  research  i  found  this on wikipedia [Di-n-propyl phthalate
    DPP]  wich is a  toxic  product  .my  question ; is  this  perfume  oil  same  as i  search  on  wikipedia  ? or  it  is  a  different  abreviation ? just  i wana  be  sure  it is safe?  cos  when  blow drying  it  release  a  smock and  can  it  be  applied on  skin ? ..thank you

    Did you get a Certificate of Analysis or at least a Material Safety Data Sheet?

    Without those things I would not assume the ingredient is safe.

    Perry ;we  dont  have  such  rules in my  country  , anyone  can  buy  anything ,just plz  inform  me  if  theres  another  name  for  DPP   . by the  way  the  seller  said  it is   lettuce oil  …im  confused
