Vitamin A palmitate stabilization
Hi, I need an advice.
I am currently making an emulsion comprising vitamin A and fish oil. We overaged vitamin A up to 50% but only after 3 months it decreased to 60%. I’ve put sodium metabisulfite, vitamin C, vitamin E acetate, and BHT as antioxidants but nothing seems to work.
Is there any more ways to stabilize this dosage form? Thank you
