  Viscosity building characteristics of CAPB

  Can any one help me understand the viscosity building characteristics of CAPB in cleaners and body wash. The issue is i received a new batch of CAPB OB/AF and its not conforming to its desired effect on my formulation. Instead of it enhancing the thickness of my body wash as it usually does it is thinning instead what might be the issue.
