David, go to the NYSCC Suppliers Day in Elizabeth next month.

Just a quick scan of the list gave 14 vendors https://nyscc.org/suppliers-day/exhibitor-resources/2015-suppliers-day-exhibitor-list

Thanks, Bob! I’ve been to a couple of NYSCC Suppliers Day events but many years ago! Also, I wasn’t looking for fragrance back then so I didn’t remember! Should be a piece of cake since I also live in Tribeca in N.Y.C.! Thanks for your suggestion!

Note: It’s possible to take public transportation to/from the convention, but it’s actually cheaper to rent a car.

GuestApril 21, 2016 at 1:32 pmNYSCC is a good place to meet the small to mid players in the fragrance industry. Very nice and helpful people. There’s also Cosmoprof, although they are in Las Vegas this year. There are a lot of invitation only events (Fragrance Foundation, FiFi awards). Usually paired with some awards type ceremony. Fragrance people love patting each other on the back.
Most often you’d have to contact the oil houses directly if you looking for something bigger. Givaudan, Firmenich, IFF being the big three dealing with large quantities. I’m not sure the size of your operation.
