    Please,what is the maximum use level for sodium metabisulphite and sodium sulphite anhydrous, in complexion lotion using hydroquinone at 4%

    You asked maximum? That is not how I think. I work with ‘needed’ amounts.

    Typically, .15% is a common amount used. I have not worked with hydroquinone, but with other projects that required a water-soluble antioxidant, and that was a typical rate.

    If you skim through this patent….it will eventually lead you to a similar rate. 😉

    As it is a stinky ingredient, I would lean far more towards the effective rate, vs the maximum rate. 😂
