  Thioglycolates, peroxide handlers out there?

  Does any of the North American chemists out there know of a contract manufacturer who is not afraid of compounding and filling Old School permanent wave solutions, e.g. thiol wave lotions and peroxide neutralizers? Seems most folks are, ironic since when I began my career in the Big Hair 1980’s EVERY contract filler was handling these. Asking for a friend.
