  Testing Protocol for Liquid Lipsticks

  Hello Everyone!

  I have started a small vegan and cruelty-free cosmetics brand and want to get my liquid lipsticks tested. I have spoken to testing labs and they require testing protocol & testing parameters for the same. It would be great if anyone could help me with the same.
