  Testing labs that can measure TEWL at reasonable cost? Or where to rent equipment?

  Looking for a lab that can do TEWL measurements at reasonable accuracy and cost. I’m especially interested in the effects of adding certain waxes and silicones to moisturizer formulas on TEWL.

  Alternatively renting a quality TEWL meter could work.
