Surface treated pigment suppliers for small formulators
I’ve been on the hunt for a supplier, distributor, or repacker that sells surface treated pigments for cosmetic use, that will sell to a DIY-level small formulator. Particularly silane, or di/methicone treated inorganic pigments. I know that the large manufacturers (Kobo, Gelest, etc) will understandably not sell to small formulators. Most, if not all of the suppliers mentioned in previous discussions on this subject no longer sell treated pigments, so I’m not sure where else to look. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I suggest perusing the surplus chemicals listing at Universal Preserv a Chem [www.upichem.com] and see what you can find.
