  STPP as anti-redeposition in liquid laundry detergent or we need CMC?

  Does STPP in a liquid laundry detergent function as anti-redeposition agent too? 

  If yes, do we still need to use CMC in a formula that has STPP for anti-redeposition or just STPP is enough
