  hi

  you need to be a little more specific.
  What kind of issue do you encounter.
  What ingredients are you using in which ratios?
  What do you mean by silicon emulsion? silicon Emulsifier, Silicon oil phase, or just a little silicon oil besides other oil ingredients?

  Otherwise, it will be difficult to help you with your problem.

  Emulsifier ( N P 6) 3 %
  Water to complete 100
