  Hi,

  Anyone had problems using this material: PATIONIC 138C( INCI: Sodium Lauroyl Lactylate ).

  Does this affect my product in terms of ph? I heard this has some issues… please help.

  * I used in my emulsion @ 1 %

  The only issue I had with this raw was that it was giving a weird odor to my final product…haven’t used it since then

  this is for face cream. any ph issue using this emulsifier?

  I haven’t found any, and we’ve used it for years.

  Over long term storage (years) pH may drift down.
