  Ointment dry effect on hair, not leaving looking wet or greasy... I'm starting to read about it before starting any tests

  Natasha, try acrylamide copolymers for this effect.  In English the word to describe is “pituity”. (Most English speakers don’t know this too.) Liquid stretching between hands like spider web.
